Legislative Impact Analysis: SB 1299

The analysis measures the percentage of agricultural claims that involve heat injuries, compares the agriculture sector result to the results for other sectors covered by Cal-OSHA's outdoor heat illness prevention standard, and considers the impact of the legislation on the workers' compensation system.
